We like to come to Raffaele and his team. The food is very good, you can sit outside on the balcony and especially the boss of the house is very accommodating and pleasant. Absolute recommendation!

Small charming Italian restaurant in the heart of Bayreuth. The food was amazing and service was not just perfect but also extremely friendly. I super recomend this place, just remember to book a table first 😊

We were there shortly before 10 p.m. and hoped that the kitchen was still open. Lo and behold, it was open and a la carte. Ambience is great, cozy, small but nice. The menu is not large, but it is most likely made with love. I had some of the daily menu (grilled swordfish with rosemary potatoes) it was delicious. My companion had tagliatelle a la chef, also highly recommended. Service was friendly and despite the late hour very attentive, always smiling. We will probably be back.

With a growling stomach I did not want to go home, so still Tiramisu with an espresso at the end. Maybe it will be served differently at Christmas parties? It was wonderful. The atmosphere, the food, the wine, the service. We look forward to the next visit. A perfect Italian dinner. Great open wines. I would have been right, if the portions would have been a bit smaller, so I would have managed cheese and Dolci - but that is whining on a high level. But absolutely recommendable.

Since we wanted to sit outside, we were led to the first floor on the really beautiful little "roof terrace". Here it is really very comfortable and you feel right at home. Drinks and food arrived promt and at the same time although we were ten people. The most important criterion, the food convinces here completely. Pasta is homemade, you can tell! All ingredients are fresh and high quality, here you realize that value is placed on quality. Even a "simple" salad is delicious, fresh and the homemade dressing is great. In terms of price, it is very appropriate in view of the quality. Will definitely come back

The ambience is no longer up to date We were in the restaurant for dinner on September 29, 2017 and sat inside in a long hallway. The walls, door frames, and floor looked like a construction site. We were the first guests. We were assigned a very small 2-seater table. The simple wooden chairs (from the 50s) were extremely uncomfortable. The speaker above us was too loud. The very loud entertainment of the staff was also heard from the kitchen. The menu offers only a very small selection of main dishes: 3 meat dishes, including two lamb cutlets € 16.90 and liver once € 15.90 Fish dishes are not on the menu Grilled tuna was offered on the table. We ordered 2 main courses. Pasta with king prawn tails. Veal liver with grilled vegetables. We waited for the food for about 30 long minutes. A larger group came to eat later. The other guests may not have been talking excessively loud, but the acoustics seem to be so bad that the sound is too loud and therefore too loud. To eat: The liver was cut into pieces. The flesh was still streaky. The grilled vegetables were good. Saturation side dish (potato, pasta, rice) was not included. The 4 pieces of king prawn tails for the spagetti were just small prawns. The men's toilet is located under the wooden stairs to the upper floor. Access is very adventurous. The toilet itself is very clean and tidy. Conclusion: Because of the unsatisfactory atmosphere, we will only come in summer if at all and then try the terrace if necessary. The price-performance ratio should be better. _______________________________________________ P.S. The website is very poorly maintained. It says: In summer you can enjoy the "lunch break or after work with Italian flair on our roof terrace when the sun is shining."
